Every journey with Ascend begins with a free 30-minute discovery call. This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we learn about your situation, goals, and challenges — and where you get to know us and ask any questions you have about our coaching approach and services.
Once you decide to work with us, we begin with a comprehensive assessment. This may include personality and strengths profiling, 360-degree feedback from colleagues and peers, career history review, and a detailed exploration of the specific outcomes you want to achieve.
Together, we co-create a clear coaching plan with specific, meaningful goals and milestones. This plan becomes our roadmap — flexible enough to adapt as your situation evolves, but structured enough to keep us focused and accountable throughout the engagement.
Our regular coaching sessions (weekly or bi-weekly) are the heart of the programme. Each session combines powerful questioning, reflective exercises, new frameworks, and practical skill-building activities. Sessions are held in person at our Kampala office or via high-quality video call for clients across Uganda and the region.
Between sessions, you take on agreed actions and experiments in your real professional environment. Your coach provides email and WhatsApp support between sessions, reviews your progress, and adjusts your plan as needed to ensure you are making steady, meaningful progress toward your goals.
At the end of your coaching programme, we conduct a thorough review of your achievements, celebrate your progress, and create a personal sustainability plan to help you maintain your growth long after our formal engagement ends. Many clients also join our alumni community for continued learning and connection.
